In the event of adverse sea and weather conditions, the company, where safety conditions do not exist, reserves the right to cancel the tour if it is not possible to reschedule a new tour according to the dates indicated at the time of booking and will refund the entire sum deposited .
In the event that the company deems that all weather and sea conditions are favorable for the departure of the tour, it will not grant refunds of any kind to customers who have paid the deposit and who independently decide not to take the tour.
In the event that the minimum number of people for the collective tour is not reached (6 people), the company will fully refund the amount deposited.
For other cancellations made by the customer there is a penalty and only a part of the deposit (the cost of the service will not be refunded) will be refunded according to the following methods:
• Full refund of the sum deposited for reservations canceled by the guest up to 5 days before (the cost of the service will not be refunded)
• No refund of the sum deposited for reservations canceled by the customer from 1 to 4 days before the tour.
